Plot:

Something about crucified orgy-loving satanist nuns coming back as ghosts to kill archaeologists. There’s also a psychic woman and a detective plot. It’s really a mess.

Reasons to watch:

The story is nonsense, the dubbing is awful, and many of the scenes are bizarrely lit, but it’s some classic Fulci madness with gruesome effects and absurd sequences that had me constantly laughing and yelling at the tv. Though Fulci tried to disown Demonia before it was even released, it’s still one of my favorite late-career works from him.
