Plot:
A suicidal alcoholic goes to Las Vegas to drink himself to death and strikes up an end-of-life fling with a sex worker.

Reasons to watch:
Nic Cage. You never know what that dude is going to do onscreen, and it's always fascinating. His raw and uninhibited performance as the self-destructive lead in Leaving Las Vegas would earn him his sole Oscar win and is seen as the pinnacle of his career.
